  Fed ex messes up every single order I have. They deliver my packages to every house around me except mine. Even though my house number is on my porch. If they don’t deliver to the wrong house it arrives late. Why do businesses use fed ex ??? Delivered a $1,000 guitar to my neighbors house today. Thank god I sent a text out to all my neighbors knowing that fed ex would screw it up.

  I was supposed to have a package delivered today by the Fletcher FedEx facility. I was home all day and no delivery was attempted. I got an email saying that they tried to deliver the package, but no one was home. That was a lie. I also have a Ring camera which showed that no one came.

  Fedex in Fletcher N.C is a disgrace to our community! We deserve better in our area. This place needs investigated with the amount of missing packages coming from here. The past few years if I see that my online order is being shipped from Fedex I know once it reaches this facility its going to be delivered a week or so late or not show up at all. I've had numerous packages shipped back to sender after sitting at this place for weeks without attempted deliveries. Numerous Packages delivered to wrong addresses. A few valuable items open and missing their contents (iPhone, Jewelry, Giftcards) and many, many just being sucked into a black hole of the abyss never to be found again. Forget trying to call this place for help and getting nothing but excuses why a shipping company can not deliver. They have zero accountability about there customers. No sympathy for lost or stolen items when you call and talk to someone. The customer service here is as worst as the drivers. This place hires people that steal and never deliver packages. What in God's name is going on at this place?

  Fedex this year has lost two packages to me with no explanation. The FedEx Facility in Fletcher N.C lost a $700 ring that was a present to my wife at the beginningof the year. It went missing on the delivery truck and I can only assume what happened. After numerous calls I got nowhere on where or when I would receive my item. Then on Dec 4 2024 a big package about 4ft long containing a tractor bucket blade scrapper I ordered from BXpanded that cost around $400 vanished from the Fletcher facility. After a week on no delivery I got the first excuse, it was the item got damaged and they had to repackage it. After numerous calls and claims on new delivery dates they claimed it was there ready to be loaded on a truck for delivery. I asked them could I come by the following day to pick it up seeing how it has been a week from the delivery date already. Sure I could they said, When I drove 30mins out of my way to the Fletcher N.C facility to pick it up I waited another 30mins for the lady to tell me they couldn't locate it. No explanation why or what to do from there. Basically telling me sorry you are SOL. I asked how could you damaged a big piece of tool steel then proceed to lose it seems like they damaged it beyond fixable and are covering the fact that it's probably in the dumpster. After doing a online claim ticket like I was advised it got closed due to weather related issues. Every attempt to talk to someone becomes a new lie. It got damaged and repackage. We had to do a investigation, It's on a truck, It's we are behind sorry. They all get shipped and doing normal activity wise with tracking until they come to this Fedex shipping center. I exhausted all attempts to get the truth and seeing the reviews on this particular place I am not the only one having items stolen, gone missing or having anything delivered on a timely matter. I will avoid FedEx in the future for deliveries purchasing thing online. Even if it cost more to go to another site that uses UPS.

  The FedEx driver Alex out of this location is attempting to steal my package. This is day two of him posting a blurry door tag that nobody can see, I have a ring camera and work from home so I guarantee you nobody has showed up to my house with my 13-year-old son's Christmas gift. Now there's a strong possibility that if I have to have it replaced, it will not be here before Christmas. It just makes me upset that there's people in the world like this that don't think about anybody else and who don't have a heart. You work for FedEx so I'm pretty sure you're making time and a half because of the holidays and you are still attempting to take my sons Christmas gift. It's disgusting and I hope you lose your job. I have filed a complaint with a shipper and FedEx. I will remove my review if my package shows up.
