  I went by Best Buy and bought an iPad and they were gonna ship it overnight by FedEx so I would have it cause they didn’t have it in stock. The iPad was a day late but when it when it was delivered yesterday, I could tell that the box had been opened, and when I picked up the box, I could tell it was an empty box. It had been open from the bottom and re-tape with clear tape somebody at Fed-x or Best Buy or somebody took my iPad. I got the package just minutes after it was delivered and I had a camera on it and nobody came near it after it was delivered. I dislike Fed-x and I can’t get any response out of them. I just feel hopelessly lost and totally ignored.

  For poor service can't even speak to a real person.Had my package for 3 days on the out for delivery truck and still hasn't been delivered.. what's up with these people?????

  Horrible branch. Refusing to make deliveries and lying about the reasons. "Weather Issues" 3 days in a row when it's bright and sunny out all day. Then they give you the runaround and act indignant when you call them on their dishonesty.

  I now have 2 missing packages one delivered to the wrong house with an open"inquiry " going on for days and one supposed to be delivered by 4:00 today it is now 8:PM and no packages! together they are worth about $400+ and I am really annoyed... all I can talk to is a bot!

  Oh, where to begin! Let's start with the most recent issue. I often get packages delivered to my store so that they will be handed off directly to me and not left to sit on my home porch in order to prevent theft. Well, this time, a FedEx employee actually stole the contents of my package and delivered an empty box that was opened from the bottom and then taped over with clear tape. I called FedEx to report the issue as it was worth $300 and was told I couldn't prove it, even though I literally have video footage of me opening the box and discovering it was empty (since I opened it at work and have video cameras installed). All routes are third party contracted out, and since the route got recontracted out, we have a different delivery driver nearly daily. A few months ago, I had a dress for a friend's wedding shipped to my store (again to make sure I could personally receive the package from the driver). I checked the tracking and it stated it was delivered that day about an hour before (it wasn't). I immediately called FedEx and nobody could help find it. I contacted every business owner on the block (as packages often get misdelivered by FedEx because they don't seem to understand how to read an address), but nobody had it. Flash forward a week later and I found the empty packaging in the parking lot down the road. Around the same time, the neighboring business had $30k in packages left outside when nobody was there to receive them (they no longer use FedEx). FedEx also consistently will claim my business is closed just to avoid delivering packages (I have called well over a dozen times to tell them my hours in the past 1.5 years and it does nothing). Shoutout to USPS & UPS for actually doing their jobs and delivering packages.
