  Fedex takes 0 accountability for packages that don't meet shipping requirements and the call center does everything to keep you off the phone with a real person. When you do get a human they regurgitate the same useless information with no recourse for their failed shipping promises. Im going to contact the BBB and see what can be done about this theft. You can't make promises in business and never keep them with no consequences. Worst shipping company available.

  The best customer service I have had in years or maybe even decades. Call, no prompts or AI, a real local person answers the phone. They have a patient conversation with you and address your needs. Truly refreshing.

  Payed fee to get package next day after missing my day, never came on the day Payed but next day I had a miss you note. Tried to contact customer service and crickets. Good job fedex

  FedEx is the worst shipping company to work with... Was supposed to receive yesterday, now it's late today (probably won't be here today either based on how late compared to closing time).. Cannot get the voice bot to transfer me to a live person as long as they have their tracking number active - how convenient. Over and over again I have issues with packages from FedEx.. When can they go out of business already
