Customers deserve better than this. I sincerely hope this facility reviews its handling processes, because the repeated issues I’ve experienced make it impossible to trust this location with anything important.

In the past month, two of my packages went missing, and when the local facility finally located one of them, it arrived sliced open with items stolen from inside. Now a third package is delayed, marked “in transit,” and arriving late, which makes me seriously concerned the same thing is happening again. What’s most frustrating is the complete lack of care or accountability. These were important items, and every issue has caused unnecessary stress, lost time, and financial inconvenience. I rely on USPS for secure delivery, but right now I have zero confidence in this facility’s ability to handle packages safely. I hope management takes this seriously and investigates what’s going on, because customers should not have to deal with repeated losses, damaged mail, and delayed deliveries. GET IT TOGETHER!!!!!!!!!!
