Every single time, there’s suddenly a “problem” with my package. He pulls out his measuring tape, measures to the millimeter, and somehow always finds a reason to charge extra. Way more than what it should. Usually double. If you have big packages, best not send it out here. When he’s not there, everything’s smooth, quick, and pleasant. The rest of the staff is awesome! Friendly, helpful, and efficient. Sadly, he makes it not worth the stress. I even got my one and only bad eBay review because of one of the encounters with him. Taking my business (and my boxes) somewhere that doesn’t treat a ruler like a power move.

They have on numerous accounts purposely delayed my packages because I’ve complained about the head of this location. The brown bald man that’s been there for YEARS. (And yes I’m brown too. So this is not racism). I’ve complained about him harassing the women that go in. And as his retaliation he has been consistently sending my packages off elsewhere just for them to keep turning to the post office. Delaying delivery. And since I have the tracking and can see everything. If you’ve had problems with this location, please write complaints. We need the paper trail for the lawyer/attorney to do the LAWSUIT so we can get paid for our suffering. The man needs to be fired and replaced. A bad seed will rotten all the rest.
