    Believe the negative reviews. I came in about 15-20 minutes until close to send certified mail and they took their damn time as they have previously.

    I had a scheduled pickup Saturday, as I do everyday for my business and the carrier refused to pick up my stack of packages. She had a nasty attitude and told me she didn't even have a scanner. I wish this was an isolated incident, but it isn't. They also say their scanner can only scan up to 5 packages and so all my other packages go unscanned often for several days!! This reflects badly on my business and causes my customers to think I lied about when I shipped. Meanwhile USPS performance reports look great, because the clock doesn't start for them until the package is scanned which often doesn't happen until it reaches the destination city. Often packages won't get scanned and then go missing and I cannot even prove that I shipped it!! I am so done.
