Packages and mail that is supposed to be delivered on the day is not delivered..I have to wait a day or two days for myail and packages.. I hate their service..I use to live in the 28303 area and 28314 and the services was much better now that I moved to this side 28305 i rather they leave it at the post office so I can pick up waiting on them is like pulling teeth.. a hit or miss. either I'm going to get it today or next year smh..very disappointed and unsatisfied

Although there's a lot of newness there now, the current personnel seem to be carrying on the established tradition of efficiency, professionalism, and helpfulness while maintaining an atmosphere of continued professionalism and friendliness. Haymont PO is the BEST!!!
