Packages and mail that is supposed to be delivered on the day is not delivered..I have to wait a day or two days for myail and packages.. I hate their service..I use to live in the 28303 area and 28314 and the services was much better now that I moved to this side 28305 i rather they leave it at the post office so I can pick up waiting on them is like pulling teeth.. a hit or miss. either I'm going to get it today or next year smh..very disappointed and unsatisfied
