- RTRichell Torino-BiellerNov 10, 20251.0There is definitely a reason why this location is very poorly rated- I witnessed it first hand how unprofessional the employee was at the counter ('unprofessional' may actually be an understatement). I am sure there is a reason why the people that work here are very "unhappy," but that does not justify how poorly they treat customers. If working at this location or for USPS is very draining for you, please understand that energy you put out drains twice of the energy of the people that walk through your door. It does not hurt to be a decent human being, and if you can't be a decent human being maybe working at a place like this (where you have to make 'real' human interaction) may not be the best for you.

A follow up after me running back and forth to the post office twice to find a certified letter they can't seem to find, the lady Linda who appears to be very nice ,gave me a number to call st 5 pm to see if the postal delivery guy has the letter. I think after he took the receipt he decided he didn't want to walk to the door in the rain with it. Afraid he'd melt. When I was in the P.O. for the second time there was a nasty skinny girl with scarlet red hair that I told her this is why I don't want to use usps. It took a week for a certified letter from NY to NC and now they can't find it!! I told her now I see why their yelp review is a "1". She said she hopes it closes so she can sit at home and collect unemployment. This girl is a piece of work. Trying to kill flies with canned air. I will not bother with usps again. I can't deal with this poor service and lack of a work ethic. Linda not withstanding. She does seem to care.
