- AMAlondra MorenoDec 18, 20251.0Very unprofessional experience. I verified who I was, yet they still refused to give me my package simply because the address on my ID wasn’t updated to my new one. I was spoken to disrespectfully throughout the interaction, which only made the situation worse. This location seriously needs to be looked into by corporate. On top of that, when I walked in, the place was dirty and had an unpleasant smell. Completely unacceptable customer service.
- RTRichell Torino-BiellerNov 10, 20251.0There is definitely a reason why this location is very poorly rated- I witnessed it first hand how unprofessional the employee was at the counter ('unprofessional' may actually be an understatement). I am sure there is a reason why the people that work here are very "unhappy," but that does not justify how poorly they treat customers. If working at this location or for USPS is very draining for you, please understand that energy you put out drains twice of the energy of the people that walk through your door. It does not hurt to be a decent human being, and if you can't be a decent human being maybe working at a place like this (where you have to make 'real' human interaction) may not be the best for you.

Our office is closed due to COVID-19 The worker at the post office actually told us they could not hold at the post office to pick up and to try and meet the truck somewhere on route. We are a business and do not have time for this. - The customer service line was the only way to reach out and get everything done.
