The other we were instructed to date and write N/A on 2 lines. One line was for a JUDGE to sign, the other was for my attorney. The dated line was for the judge to sign off on. The papers CLEARLY stated the Notary was for my daughter. ONLY. when i took it back for them to fix, they charged me another fee for Notary after it was their screw up. They suck.
