If someone doesn’t like the job, they can always look for something else, but at the very least they should be kind and welcoming to customers. I understand the job market right now but still you are getting paid. When I went in, I rang the bell to call for assistance. As soon as she came in the office from back door she acted upset about me being there or asking a question. When I asked another simple question, she got even ruder. Answering customer questions is part of the job, and being polite doesn’t cost anything. The employee wasn’t yelling, but about to yell on my third another question looked rude and tired, giving me very rude expressions.
