  I’m not sure how much DHL pays their employees in Fayetteville, but they clearly aren’t happy here — and that’s not the customers’ fault. If someone doesn’t like the job, they can always look for something else, but at the very least they should be kind and welcoming to customers. I understand the job market right now but still you are getting paid. When I went in, I rang the bell to call for assistance. As soon as she came in the office from back door she acted upset about me being there or asking a question. When I asked another simple question, she got even ruder. Answering customer questions is part of the job, and being polite doesn’t cost anything. The employee wasn’t yelling, but about to yell on my third another question looked rude and tired, giving me very rude expressions.

  Very rude the representative at Fayetteville airport road location...she seens to be upset with the customer....not nice to work with people

  Worst delivery company ever. Package was supposed to be delivered Friday. Stayed home all day then received a message from DHL at 8:30pm that my package was not delivered because no one was home. That was a lie they never came to the house. Then switched to pick up station and it was supposed to be delivered there today at 5. Been calling all day and the rude and unprofessional employee tells me the package is not there. She will call driver and locate package. This was 11 am. It’s now 4pm I’ve called back and she tells me she told me she would call me back she still hasn’t talked to driver. I’ve since called customer service and found out my package is still in Greensboro. Been waiting three weeks So now I got to go purchase more shoes so my son can start school tomorrow. Please do not do business with them or order from anyone who uses them.

  The worst delivery service. Package was supposed to be delivered 3 different times and now I have to go pick up the package from a drop off location. All because of incompetent drivers who can’t follow directions. They were supposed to deliver the package to a drop off location today and now it won’t be here until next week. WORST DELIVERY EVER.
