  Manager weighed the packed box I brought in 11.3 lbs for an overseas address. He then moved my same packed stuff into a much larger DHL box and the freight increased by over $200. Beware the tactics of deceit. The goods were the exact same items.

  Terrible. Please do not ship with them. My delivery has been delayed 3 times. Then I changed it pick up at a location, they emailed me that I was there. Then I got there and they took it out for delivery. I drove an hour to get it. Terrible

  Just like every one else reviews. They keep saying that you package is out for delivery then will say no one was home for my delivery. I even put in to leave it on my porch. STOP LYING TO PEOPLE. Shein has started using them and it sucks because I loved that site. I knew DHL was going to give me problems.

  The delivery is trash been waiting on delivery for two days. Try calling and spoke to customer service nothing changes. Can’t contact the office no one picks up watched my order on live tracking and he drove around my house from laurinburg to Fayetteville bypassing me and still didn’t delivery at 9 o’clock I saw he was on main highway by my house and yet still NO DELIVERY
