When I explained what was going on to ask what steps I need to take in order to get my mail, he laughed. Apparently it's funny when someone doesn't get important mail. The whole time he kept being sarcastic like I'm supposed to know why my mail wasn't forwarded to my new address even though I filled out a change of address form two months ago.
