- GLGreg LambJul 19, 20255.0Staff are always helpful at this small-town po. I always receive a "Welcome," a "Thank you," and a "Have a nice day!" when I visit here. Their hours are staggered from the other post offices so that I can bring my packages here while other offices are closed for lunch.

- SSShecaDec 10, 20241.0Went to ship 2 items to return and the guy was not helpful. I told him that the two items were to be shipped together and the only thing he said was "I can't do it". He did not offer a box or anything. I drove all the way to this location to make the drop off and the least that he could have done was to offer a box or help me choose one even if I would have had to pay for it. I have never had this type of experience at this location. They are normally helpful with suggestions or have empty boxes to use. Maybe today was just an off day for him.

- SSStephanie SantelmannSep 12, 20181.0I have lived in Erwin NC for over 2 years now, our mail lady is the worst! First of all, I’m always at home day and night. She will keep leaving these, “Sorry we missed you notes” I’m writing this review, because after (2) years of my certified mail, and packages, being returned to the sender is ENOUGH! I’ll sit on my porch as she drops her sorry we missed you, and drives away with my package. One day, after her leaving like (5) “Sorry we missed you cards” I had ran to the mail box and said, hey! I need my package! Where is it at? I told her my tracking said “out for delivery for 4 or 5 days now, she insisted, and said “Quote” (I’m sure I don’t have it, as she sighed at me and began to look in her back seat for it) She hands me my box, and drives away chain smoking her cigarettes as she does! I dunno how many certified letters, or packages are lost, or non received because my unmotivated mail lady.. it’s so rediculous.. my old mail lady was GREAT! She would beep the horn, and I’d run out side and happily grab my package, or sign for my mail. I miss those days. Anyways, I never leave negative reviews. And I usually let things slide, but I just can’t take this anymore.. Do I need to hire someone to stand by my mailbox all day? I live off of Old Stage rd S in Erwin NC 28339. And all of my Neighbors agree with me!
