Kept trying to open all of the doors of our locked car to put packages in, also left a package in the middle of our driveway once because he and I quote “didn’t feel like it” to walk it up 4 feet from his car to put it on our stairs. We asked him not to do either of those things (which we shouldn’t have to do at all and is perfectly acceptable) and now he won’t deliver our packages at all and says it’s by our request. We called and asked him about this, he said it won’t happen again but low and behold still is holding our packages. We’ve been overly nice to him up to this point for all of the problems he’s given us but this is ridiculous and he doesn’t care about people being nice. He just wants to retire and obviously hates his job. After this review, I’m calling to report him.
