If it’s incorrect then how did I receive the 2 of the packages from you?! - JJJo JoDec 13, 20251.0Please give your business to EC Mailbox Center instead of USPS!! Be aware that the post office closes and locks their doors 5 to 10 minutes before they actually close! All I had was a small package that had to be scanned by their QR code reader for the label to print out, the post office worker said no we’re closed through the door. Even though it was not noon yet. The post office only being open for only two hours on a Saturday STILL seems to be too much for them.

Is extremely hard to get through to on the phone and if you do most the staff is rude and unhelpful. There are a select few that are helpful and go out of their way for you but its very few. The route driver has broken my mailbox shoving over sized stuff in my mailbox and just leaves the door open if it cant close when im lucky enough for them to get my package to me.

Three employees helping customers while 4th girl was standing at her station PLAYING ON HER PHONE! When she finished scrolling social media or her game of Candy Crush, she called me up. The same paks have always cost me 1.63 without tracking, but she said 7.50 each because they have to be hand sorted, but the others I sent are exactly same dims and weight. Make it make sense! Twenty years of dealing with this place and it just gets worse.
