I applied for my passport at this location and wanted to leave USPS employee “Keisha” a great review. The entire process took less than 10 mins. They do offer photo services at this location and their photos are alot better than your typical CVS photos. I paid 35 dollars for my application fee, 15 dollars for 2 photos, 160 for a passport book and card. Keisha was efficient, pleasant and easy to talk to. Ensure you show up to your appointment prepared. Have copies of your naturalization certificate. 1 for you and 1 for your application. You need to also submit your original certificate (they’ll send it back a week after you receive your passport) also, take a scan of your ID back and front for your application- it does help to move things along faster. 10/10 service.

Horrible. They don't answer the phone, they're rude, and mail is getting delivered later and later in the night. Absolutely ridiculous. I plan on calling corporate and making a complaint. I suggest you all do the same

Time to get the inspector general here again. Good luck getting anything on time, in good condition or getting it at all. They dont care if its meds and youre dying, not a joke, they wont deliver on time and cant be bothered to fix any problems they cause.

Absolutely the worst employees you could have working the front of this place. Why do bosses put the Worst personalities as customer service is mind boggling. If you hate your job and hate helping people, find a new job. Worst usps I’ve ever been too hands down.
