They mix up mail all the time, leave slips when they’re too lazy to drop packages and this will be my eighth trip there since I’ve lived here. They put my items in a lock box they said they’d never use again since the key they provided dies not work. So now I gotta take off work today, drive 40 mins back home to just get them to open it and give me attitude the whole time when they do. I’m gunna do all I can to escalate this to a higher level outside of the branch here as the lack of care and all just isn’t there to escalate in the office. EDIT: THE LADY WHO RUNS THE BRANCH IS VERY NICE AND CAME AND HELPED ME… I THINK ITS THE CARRIERS THAT JUST DONT DO THE JOB CORRECT HALF THE TIME. THE OFFICE THEMSELVES ARE ACTUALLY ALWAYS NICE. 5 star for office staff 2 stars carriers
