But it clearly is because they delivered one of my packages in my mailbox. When I figured the issue, I informed them the issue was resolved and they stated they would redeliver my package. They didn't and instead sent my package back to sender. So I didn't get my package as promised and now have to reorder my package. I find it dumb that they delivered one of my packages to my mailing address. But didn't deliver my other package and now have to wait to reorder what they sent back after they told me they would redeliver. And have to wait longer for a package I need. Like I said WORST postal office in Durham NC!

Patient, informative and supportive (even got some local food recommendations 🙂). Yes - the reviews talking about the area being ‘run down’ are true.. But, the customer service that the staff provide inside are A+!! Genuinely, best USPS experience I’ve ever had! (I still hate you Tamarac, FL Branch)

Had one package that was "lost" only to have it show up 3 weeks later after I already had to pick up the replacement directly from the post office. I asked them to return the original back to the sender and somehow it still ended up back delivered at my apartment again. I currently have a package that's "undeliverable," when I've been home both days and no one has even attempted a delivery. Since we're a new development, I have been understanding of some issues, but I have also been living here for 6 weeks and the post office won't deliver the keys for the residents to access our mailboxes. Our leasing office is handling our mail, but some days it doesn't even get delivered to them. This post office has not been serving our community well at all.

Does not have a self service kiosk to print labels or that big blue collection box to drop off boxes. East durham station. Beats the anxiety I had trying to find parking for the office near city hall.
