I was told I could not hold the packages because they inputted address had one digit wrong- instead it’ll be returned to sender because that address is invalid (A land of grass). Today I see it was delivered “In a garage or other door”.. except there is no garage or door there because it’s a field of grass… Now the company is trying to keep my funds because USPS says delivered despite the fact that it was NOT. Now I’m sent chasing two missing packages despite the fact I called 72 hours in advance to stop this AND my package was delivered to an empty field of grass and lied about its drop off location.. I just moved here from out of town and hate this city already….

- A曹恆鳴Dec 9, 20251.0They are not gonna deliver your any parcel. They won’t even attempt the delivery and just ask me to pick up by myself. Several times , once I saw the carrier is USPS it’s almost 90% I know I can’t get my package. Worst services I have ever seen.

But it clearly is because they delivered one of my packages in my mailbox. When I figured the issue, I informed them the issue was resolved and they stated they would redeliver my package. They didn't and instead sent my package back to sender. So I didn't get my package as promised and now have to reorder my package. I find it dumb that they delivered one of my packages to my mailing address. But didn't deliver my other package and now have to wait to reorder what they sent back after they told me they would redeliver. And have to wait longer for a package I need. Like I said WORST postal office in Durham NC!
