- NFNaima F.Feb 22, 20261.0Told me that my address was incomplete and they had to send it back to the USPS office. Now I might not get it until later on this week. All my orders go through TikTok shop, and if my address was incomplete then they would have let me order anything. This is the second time USPS has lost one of my packages
- SCSusan CottonFeb 20, 20261.0On February 5th I mailed my son a Priority Express package via USPS to be delivered on February 7th. As of February 19th this package has still not arrived. I have filed a complaint and have sent emails to the USPS Regional Office with zero results. The Eno Valley Post Office in NC who was supposed to deliver this package will not answer their phone and have not reached out to me at all. USPS makes it almost impossible to speak with a human. My situation is apparently common and my only recourse now is to name and shame.

The packages are insured, but because the carriers keep insisting that they delivered it (they took it to the wrong address. I never received it) I can't even use the package insurance that I paid for so now I'm down 50 bucks with nothing to show for it. The negligence has got to stop. I wish they would put more care into actually confirming that they've delivered to the correct address ): Especially at apartment complexes with multiple buildings and mail cubbies. I wish I didn't have to use USPS at this point

- DSDOM SACCOOct 11, 20251.0For the fourth time I took a item for inspection into the Eno valley post office the box the wrapping and the item for inspection and latter find out that they never submitted anything to claims department and claim was denied Each time I was never given a receipt to the item and Each time when I questioned what happened? They could not find any record of my bringing the item into the post office and the claim was denied
