A sir on 07/14 made me fill out the customs form 5 times, and on the fifth time he said it was good enough. Turns out a week after, my $200 package had a nice vacation to Florida before being delivered back to my door as rejected by customs. Came back today to a woman who not only cut me off during my explanations, but BLAMED ME for "not reading" when I had asked numerous times for help on filling the customs form. She supposedly asked management about reimbursing the $200 but "she already knew" they wouldn't do it. Please don't be me, don't give them free money, just go to UPS or Fedex. My heart hurts more than my wallet over being treated like this.
