We have used this UPS store several times for shipping returns and for small print jobs. The staff are always very friendly and helpful!

Print price is absolutely ridiculous as a former UPS store employee. I get the print service fee. But almost 6 dollars for 11 simple black and white pages is insane. Edit: Nothing expert or quality about a training staff member printing at the pos station on simple 20lb paper (not quality) versus the actual printers. With 4+ years of ups store team lead experience under my belt - I know what I'm talking about. As said, I understand the print service fee, but the additional almost 4 dollars for 11 pages is dumb especially when I was quoted over the phone a different price. Everyone go to the library for your b&w copies, it's 10c a page and membership is free and supports the local community.

I typically have an EXCELLENT experience at this store, however, do want to provide feedback on my experience today as someone who also works in customer service. I brought in a return that I pre-packaged, as I thought that is what was needed. The front desk clerk, a woman I haven't yet encountered at this location, greeted me and started on my return. At the start, she said that she had to check the items to make sure they matched what was shown on the “pictures” of her screen. I unpacked the return and she confirmed a few items visually then began to add items without checking them. The items were from a foreign store that I don't typically shop at or return from and who's labeling makes it challenging to repackage items in the small individual item bags they come in. I did, however, provide ALL of the items of the return and this could be visually confirmed. She told me several times that some items were not provided and repeatedly stated “you didn’t provide that item, ma’am”, in what read as more combative than assertive. After she double checked the items she’d already taken for packaging, it was found that I provided EVERY item. I apologized for mixing the individual packaging up, stated that I will try to prevent that in the future, and thanked her for time. I decided to hold off on providing an additional package for the same store as I didn't want to go through the same thing. I made the second return at the Brier Creek location with no issues. After apologizing in advance and telling this location that I mixed up the individual bags I was informed by the clerk that this does not matter as the items are going to the same place. I was in and out in a couple minutes. Thankfully, I received my refund from the store I purchased from as all items were received, regardless of the individual packaging mix up. My feedback is a hope that for future interactions, this employee will take a moment to pause and consider that customers are engaging truthfully and may have made reasonable mistakes with packaging.

Don’t use this store. I was charged $3 a package because I had already printed labels. I have never had any other ups store tell me that I probably used most of them in Raleigh/Durham area. Also told “well you can schedule a pickup” with an attitude

Unable to print a new label even being shown the label. You basically have to have done everything yourself or be prepared to pay for every step. $1.27 to reprint an existing label with their label maker. They can’t see the label in the UPS system and have no Wi-Fi capable machines there so you then get to stand there waiting for them to be able to open an email of a screenshot of your phone screen so they can charge you extra to use the label you’ve already paid for. $2.14 for a single piece of tape. Understanding that this is basically an Amazon return center at this point, they could at least try to make the process not suck.
