- RMR MJan 30, 20261.0This store has really gone down in quality and convenience. Most of the employees seem to be bothered by having customers coming in. Issues seem to be met with hostility and the fact that they cannot be wrong in the situation. I have watched simple customer issues/concerns turn into arguments with customers while waiting in line on more than one occasion. There is one employee and I wish I could recall his name at this moment but he is always welcoming, friendly and helpful. Should I have a need to stop by to drop something off and find any of the other employees behind the counter I will probably skip the stop and take my business elsewhere.

Last week the person attending to me (forgot to ask his name) heard me saying that one of my packages needed to be mailed via USPS not UPS. He offered to take my USPS package as well!
