- ALAbdul LewisFeb 25, 20261.0Terrible customer service. The lady behind the counter, gave me attitude and refused to help me. Try to print a label out so I can send my package. She continued to help everybody that was coming in the door and ignored me when she knew I needed assistance.

However, the way it was handled was rude and unprofessional. I was immediately told I had to pay $5 for tape, with no explanation or courtesy. Customer service matters. Save yourself the hassle and go to the UPS on Hillandale instead—they are friendly and professional.
