- RRRay C (Ray)Oct 11, 20251.0Poorly trained crew destroyed a brand new Peloton bike. Assembled the spin bike in the truck rather than in the recommended set up location. And subsequently carried the bike putting the full weight on the screen. That in turn damaged the mounting arm. The bike screen would no longer torque down and was wobbly. When I challenged them on it they said it will tighten down. After I plugged it in and it was going through the setup, firmware updates they said well it looks like everything's all right and they left before I could even take a ride to verify. Obviously Peloton is replacing the bike. But it's a complete waste effort and time. The quality control of these delivery people. Had I not had video from my front security camera of them carrying it by the screens I would have had a huge challenge getting this replaced
