- RARebekah AppletonOct 22, 20251.0I am honestly shocked at the customer service. I have only had my first delivery and it was delivered incredibly late and we were not invoiced for it correctly. When I emailed, I received several bot responses that did not even pertain to the question. The bot on the phone took forever to give me a real person. That person couldn't event fix the invoice because it was automatically generated incorrectly and they were not sure how to generate it otherwise. They also said the delivery date was automatically generated but did not account for their busy schedule so it was automatically generating dates they would not be able to achieve. Your automatic systems do not work and a lot of this could have been avoided if you just had a real person from the start.
- JSJeff SpeicherSep 5, 20251.0Absolutely Awful Service. I Used them for less than a year my orders never showed up on time and sometimes were just cancelled for no reason. I would adjust things on my order on the website, but then that isn't what was delivered. The worst part of the whole process was trying to cancel the service. I spend over 4 hours on the phone and in the chat going round and round to get to speak to someone to cancel. Then after we did cancel they were scheduled to come pick up the equipment and low and behold they didn't show up. They then billed me for the rental equipment again. I had to spend another hour trying to get them on the phone to explain I wasn't paying for that and it's not my problem they can show up. I'm getting my water from Amazon now and it's delivered same day I order or next day and it's cheaper.

Today I was on hold for 30 minutes, and 2 hours ago, I opted for a call back, which hasn't happened yet. I received an auto-generated response to my email, which promises a response within 24-48 hours. We'll see what happens.
