I came in with a massive, 95-lb package that had been left downstairs at my apartment by the delivery driver. Even though the box was a bit beat up from its original journey, Johnathan was kind, friendly, and helpful from the moment I walked in. Unfortunately, another staff member was quite rude and gave me a hard time about the condition of the box, but Johnathan stepped in professionally. He asked the right clarifying questions, handled the heavy lifting, and made sure my package was taken care of from start to finish. If you go here, ask for Johnathan, he actually cares about the customers!
