I tried to use the automated system, got an error message as did others so stood in line. After 10 minutes in line, the lady told me to use the automated system. When I told her it didn’t work, she walked over and made some adjustment so it would work. I successfully shipped my package, but wish this employee just had better manners instead of treating customers badly when their own equipment does not function properly.

She started repackaging my package into a larger box saying mine was too weak. Okay I won’t object, and in fact thanked her for her service. Then when she finishes she says that’s going to be $5.59 for the box. I told her you need to tell a customer that you’re going to charge them something before doing it. She made sure to try and scold me, and repeatedly stated “okay this is the first and last time I do this for you.” Lady check your attitude.
