- EOErwin OneFeb 18, 20261.0To bad a zero is not available instead of a one star. The daytime nightmare begin in November 2026. I personally took misrouted mail to the facility and talked with the postmaster and several supervisors.I was assured that the problem would be resolved. The issue continued therefore, the cycle were repeated of having to take mail back to the facility. Although, several complaints were made with the USPS in Washington, DC nothing changed. To date, 02/2026 nothing has changed.

- EPEsther ParrishFeb 4, 20263.0Most of the time delivery is good ,but I have been experiencing the mail man drive by with out picking up my our going mail ,its frustrating because I set them out plenty of time at 6 am usually..those are bills and if they don't get picked up my bills become late and I get dinged for that . So please I know post men and women are busy but look and make sure people don't have out going mail .thank you

- AMAl McNeillNov 17, 20251.0It doesn't get any clearer than what is in plain site and you can't deny what you are looking at in the mirror. When you repeatedly take mail to the location and inform them of the issue in plain site there is no denying it. For an entire month I informed them that only two of people were to receive mail at my residents. The required documents were also completed.One month plus the issue has continued.
