When you repeatedly take mail to the location and inform them of the issue in plain site there is no denying it. For an entire month I informed them that only two of people were to receive mail at my residents. The required documents were also completed.One month plus the issue has continued.

Route carriers that have been the same route carriers for years acting like they don’t know where my house is for delivering packages yet they pull up to my mail box on the daily. This is one of many issues I have had over the past year alone. If you go talk to the post master general or anyone up at the post office itself you might as well talk to a wall. They don’t care and customer service is a complete joke!! At this point I am ready to contact whomever is in charge of the complete mail system in North Carolina.

I was simply delivering a package from my mom to be shipped to my step mom. The attitude was completely unnecessary
