  Excellent professional staff that is both friendly and knowledgeable. They proceed a return item for an Amazon order in less than 5 minutes. It's great having a UPS store that is so close now.

  I've been to other ups store and customer service was delightful. The Indian dude in the Dunn store was just rude and impatient.

  My small business depended on getting a package to another state and the woman inside was very confused the entire time. I had to essentially break down how and where to send it. She told me it would get there by Friday and lo and behold it gets there Monday after the entire event was over so it cost me revenue. When she did eventually print off the sticker with the address she said “I think this goes on the box”… avoid this place.

  Came in tonight literally 4 minutes before closing. I think it was the manager and another young lady at the counter. I of course didn’t have my label ready and they quickly shared an email address I could send my label to and get it printed off for $2. Easiest $2 I’ve ever spent in my life. Despite my lack of preparation they were friendly and helpful. By them helping me it two other customers had come in right after closing and they still went above and beyond to help them. I will be back to this location simply for the customer service alone. Thank you for having patience despite me being unprepared. Other businesses in Dunn need to take note on how to show great customer service!
