- JHJeremy HNov 14, 20251.0I was curious why the post office was struggling until I was helped by the lady at this Denver location. This was by far the rudest interaction I’ve had in all of 2025. I will not use usps again ever. I would rather pay more and ship with UPS etc.

- COCel OfficialAug 4, 20251.0Keep having issues with my mail being delivered to the wrong parcel locker. Then, if you reach out they tell you the person that delivered it is gone for the day and only they know where they put it. So, no one has the key to the mail boxes to check for parcel keys, then use the key to open the locker, see if the address on the package matches the mail box the key came out of? Or is it more of that would be asking too much? After a day has passed, that package is gone. Literally going to have to not order anything delivered via USPS, or move to a location with a post office that can do the job. Just throwing money away at this point.
