Everybody’s all nice and happy until I tell them they made a mistaken delivery, even though the address was correct on package. Even though it was UPS‘s mistake, they handed me a long form, expected me to fill it out, and in general expected me to fix their mistake!! I received absolutely no empathy regarding my lost package. It was even stated that my 70 year-old friend on the other end was “lying to me” about not receiving his package! This attitude of service is unacceptable….

Henry the Manager and all the staff were extremely invested and dedicated to helping track down a package to reroute to sender. There was a scammer that had taken advantage of my elderly mother online and convinced her to ship an iPhone to them abroad. As soon as I learned of her being taken advantage of online and had the tracking details and receipt, I contacted Henry and the store. They went above and beyond for 2 months to work with international UPS, and customs in a foreign country to mark the package as fraudulent before it could be intercepted by the the recipient. They worked tirelessly with customs to import the package back to the US. They kept me updated every step of the way and followed up with me when they had updates without me even having to call to ask the status. I was beyond impressed by their customer service to take care of an elderly customer that was taken advantage of online.
