I have NOT been successful with my request!!!!….They obviously do not LOOK at to Whom the pieces of mail are being placed in My Mailbox!!!!…inept staff!!!
- KKKayAug 6, 20242.0I had a package marked "delivered to an agent" in tracking. A few days later, I had still not received the package, so I visited this office. The employee at the counter was very kind and understanding but told me the tracking issue was caused by someone manually keying in the delivery information as opposed to scanning it per usual. That said, it seems that the my lost package was due to cut corners or some other oversight. I had a friend tell me their package was also lost at this location. This makes me think that some employees at this office are not as reliable as others. I hope that we will not have continued issues receiving parcels as expected.
