- TATrevor AlexanderDec 26, 20251.0I am having issues with receiving packages much like everyone else. I have had to pick up 75 percent of the packages that I order (which means I have to go wait in line for over 20 minutes just like everyone else getting their packages). Recently, I had to wait around an hour (they could only find one of my packages at the post office). Now, I have a new surprise: I have a message stating "customer has requested the shipment to be held for collection," which of course I did not do. It has got to the point that I am trying to order from different companies that do not use USPS because it is so unreliable. Fedex and UPS have been delivering packages to me without a single issue.

Complete waste of money paying a delivery fee when you have to make 3 trips to the post office to hunt a package down. Insult to injury when you get a message saying “held at costumers request”- No my guy, I PAID for delivery. Or my 2nd favorite game of its 3:45 on Friday where is my stuff, waiting in a line that’s out the door, and being told to come back Saturday 10-12 because it’s not ready yet- what?! Give it to FedEx or UPS if you can’t handle your jobs!
- RLRyan LewisDec 2, 20251.0Any packages bigger than your mailbox will not be delivered to your door. They will leave them next to your mailbox, even if your mail box is a good distance from your house, and if they can't they just won't deliver it. Inconvenient. Worst service I've ever seen.

Carrier does not put packages in parcel locker and even if a package would fit in the mailbox they choose not to do their job, they can't even put a slip in the mailbox saying they didnt deliver the package. Post master is incapable of managing carriers and can not get them to do their job. Just close the post office and let fedex and ups take it over at least they get packages to our front door.
