Tracie delivers the mail and she does a great job too. Always brings oversized packages to front porch. I appreciate both of them so much!😊
- KGKimberly GoinsJun 15, 20243.0Kim is totally great! However, the mail carriers are the downside to this small-town post office. They do not even attempt to deliver a package that won't fit in the mailbox even if the box is just 50 feet or less to your porch. You get a slip in the box with a generic reason about an animal/dog, which is false. I can't wrap my head around the process due to the fact they don't walk their route-they drive. It blows my mind...has the process changed?
- JJJohn JacksonSep 29, 20231.0I paid allot extra to have a package delivered and they left a note in my mail box that could not deliver it because of animal interference, which was not true. Furthermore we were at home at the time and they didn't even try to deliver. Took the note directly to the post office and they said now it would be Monday before I could get the items I paid extra to be delivered; that I needed to have by Saturday! Thanks for taking my money and not putting in any effort to do what you were paid to do.

- SRSusan ReynoldsDec 10, 20135.0Small town post office through and through. Kim the post master is a delight. She knows everyone by their name and address. It's wonderful. I'm there at least twice a week and never have any issues shipping or receiving packages or mail. I mail a lot of package in a week and much prefer to go to Crouse over any other post office in the area.
