- KCKaileigh ClitesMay 27, 20251.0The worst customer service experience my husband and I have ever had!! The post worker was extremely rude and made it quite obvious we were inconviencing her when we told her we had prepaid envelopes to be shipped out. She rolled her eyes and made snarky remarks. It was to the point my husband asked if she was okay and when she threw one of the packages we took our stuff and went elsewhere. She told me her name was Shelly but the post office that kindly handled our business knew her well and said she causes trouble wherever she goes. They also clarified that her name is actually Robin. Either way, what a miserable, miserable person.
