Alpha Grahics made the changes easily and ultimately published 15 copies of the spiral bound biography. The timeline supported my schedules and they added pagination, binding and covers. All were satisfactory. Jenna in the front office was helpful during the process.

Shortly after I received a telephone call from Jonna confirming the order and explaining what needed to be done. Dropped the sign off, paid to be called the next day and told "oh, I think I misunderstood". I explained it 3 different times. Instead of honoring the price they increased it. I canceled and went to Fast Signs for less than original quote.
