A package with an item I needed was delivered to Cooleemee PO the day Without my PO Box number. Without any notice to me they returned my package to the sender. INSUFFICIENT ADDRESS. This small town with less than a thousand residents where we know most everyone acted like a big city PO Now I have to wait til the sender gets it back to get a refund. SAD SAD,

Said in order to have someone have a change of address, they would have to close our entire post office box and this is not accurate information. Mind you, this person we are trying to get a change of address form for was an add on to our account. They don’t know what they’re talking about and they clearly hate their jobs. Major lack of customer service.
