- YHY HuffDec 16, 20255.0Best service I've experienced in a loooong time with any Corporate agency. I arrived with a return, not a huge box, but a somewhat large box nonetheless. TYRA came out of the lobby door and met me on the sidewalk entry. She then took the box from me, held open the door, and proceeded behind the counter to process my return. I was in and out within 3 minutes. She even took care of another customer within that time. I was in awe. 5 stars just isn't enough. She should get 6 out of 5. 🤩

It showed out for delivery on Thursday but was never delivered even though it was marked as delivery attempted. A FedEx truck pulled up to our building at about 2:25 pm, sat there for three minutes and then left. The driver never got out of the truck. Have they lost my package? This is the most unreliable delivery company ever.

Look online and find out that it just means it “should” have been loaded onto the truck. Here I am waiting all day for a package that “Travis” left in the warehouse and couldn’t bother to deliver.
