Called the eight hundred number and chose the text option instead of waiting on the line for an hour and after three tries, I never received a text to file my complaint. Our female mail carrier quite frequently delivers other people mail to our address and the mail is for other streets. She has been ask not to speed down our driveway and she still continues to speed. She also doesn’t back around in our driveway, instead she drives through our grass and has ruined our grass. She has worn tracks in our yard. I would like to have a new carrier since this female carrier continues to be disrespectful.
