  Went to drop off a Amazon Package and was charged $1.70 for them to pull up an email and print the label for me... This charge is completely ridiculous. The $.30 charge for the paper I can understand. When I called to talk to manager (Brent or Brett) he was condensending and told me oh well this is what we have to do to pay our employees and sorry you feel that way and hung up on me?? Not a very professional way to handle a customer concern or complaint!!

  Brett at the Concord Mills Store in Concord, NC was Phenomenal! I came into print some labels for a business conference that I will be attending inn Atlanta, GA. The labels were not properly formatted and when Brett printed a sample copy they were not aligned properly. He took the initiative to look up the labels and download the proper file. The labels will be used for Business Marketing and Networking with other Keller Williams Real Estate Agents from across the country as our annual Family Reunion Conference., Thank you to Brett for going above and beyond to help me. He stayed a little past 6:30pm to get it done so l didn’t have to return in the morning to pick up the labels. Excellent Service and Teamwork!   This UPS store falls short in terms of welcoming customers and being flexible, unlike other locations in the area. While the staff isn't overtly rude, they tend to make excuses and hide behind "store policy" when you need anything beyond a basic package drop. It's disappointing, given that they represent UPS and should be adhering to corporate standards.
