  I recently had a request for a cloth memorial sign for my daughter's wedding and needed quick (one week) turnaround. From the moment I was helped with the quote (thanks Aneetrah) to the actual product being completed on time (thanks Christina and Kelly) - I was very impressed with the customer service at Minuteman! They did a beautiful job and were all lovely to work with! Highly recommend!

They helped us create a banner and custom magnets for our company, Running Shius Agency, and everything turned out great. When we went into their Concord print shop to pick up the magnets, the space was clean, organized, and very professional. You could see examples of different printing projects throughout the shop, which made it clear they handle a wide variety of marketing materials like banners, magnets, business cards, and other promotional items for local businesses. If you’re someone who likes to see and touch products before ordering, this is the perfect place. They have plenty of samples available, so you can feel confident that what you’re getting will look professional and high quality. Our magnet order wasn’t ready on time, but their team immediately made it right by printing 250 business cards for us at no charge so we still had something to use. That level of customer service really stood out!
