- KKKarenJan 6, 20261.0The staff at the front desk are great. They deserve 5 stars. However due to policy changes I no longer have access to reliable mail service and my location has been misrepresented. I have a PO Box that I utilize for mail. I have had this box a long time. In the past if an occasional letter or package came addressed to my home address they would place it in the box or hold it at the office where I could pick it up. They have now started returning my items that are addressed to my home address to the shipper or institution that has mailed the item and telling the shipper or institution I have moved. This is not appropriate and has cause me a great deal of problems. If they no longer wish to handle my mail they should not fabricate a misrepresentation of my location. I have not moved. They are aware of this and using this excuse for their convenience. I have tried without success to correct this situation. Unfortunately when ordering at Amazon or eBay you cannot verify the shipping method until after an order has been placed, payment made and shipped. So address corrections cannot be made between home address and PO Box for delivery. I have spent an extensive amount of time on the phone over this issue with Amazon and talked to the gentlemen at the post office. Basically Amazon indicated that they have a contract with the post office and that the post office are refusing to honor their contract. Ironically the post office was able to get the 2026 price increase for the PO Box to me. It is wrong to indicate to anyone that I have moved. It is not a factual statement that has cost me financially in the last two weeks. It’s been problematic with various businesses including banking institutions Although they are extremely nice at the desk this has definitely placed me an extremely difficult situation and honestly I was stunned when I realize they were indicating I had moved to various institutions and businesses for their convenience. My home address has been the same for years. Just talked to the manager at USPS. Would not recommend this facility.
