When I called the “manager” basically called me a liar. I’m an assistant customer service manager one you don’t argue I’m wrong because I’m actually right or hang up on me. Maybe hire people who could read numbers. I shouldn’t have to do extra things for him to do his job. This is ridiculous. I’ve had to go out of my way to get things I should have in the mail. He has nothing they say, really? Why am I still getting things but not the correct mail. And I’m still getting 5 other people’s mail that don’t even live here anymore as well. Concord post office 28027 is a joke. Cory find a new career you suck at what you do!
