I called the store on Friday and the person in print department said to please come in and we’ll help you. I just came into the store. The store was not busy, But to be fair, I’m sure that does not mean that the woman in the printing department was not busy. She may have been doing a lot of online orders however she acted like it was such a hassle to help. She had no other customers at the time. If she had just spent two quality minutes with me, the whole process would’ve been completed so much more quickly and without hassle. I did become frustrated. Why do so many people who work with the public Act like customers are bothering them when they need help? Why? Other times I’ve gone in there because I do get printing and I get helpful people. I just didn’t feel like I got it today.

The only saving grace was a woman who stepped in at the end and tried her best to help; I commend her efforts, but the overall management and efficiency here need a major overhaul.
