I was greeted as I entered the store then directed to the area that worked on computers. Anthony was helpful in all respects and he didn't make me feel rushed. I came for information but not to buy but I will return.

Their standard of service is the worst I've ever encountered. The Print department has declined so much, I guess due to being constantly understaffed. No notifications most of the time, and the times I have gotten them they have been inaccurate in telling me my order is ready for pickup, only to find out when I got that it's not. A simple print becomes an frustrating task.

I came in for a return from Amazon and was told paying customers are priority so was left waiting while she went to the cash register to check out someone who just walked up when I had been waiting for 20 minutes already . Ridiculous!
