I would like to give a big shout out to Alianna for going above and beyond to provide spectacular customer service! The staff was very friendly, which is not always the case in this day and age. In summary, I am pleased with this FedEx store and will definitely be returning. Thanks!

When I arrived to the store, I was immediately greeted by Katie to assist me. She was super informative, authentic and gracious. I haven’t experienced this level of customer service in quite some time and it was sincerely appreciated. Lisa and Katie are phenomenal. I will be back!
- RNraju nSep 10, 20251.0Won't go to any FedEx next time, packages won't be delivered on scheduled times. I used FedEx Express FedEx priority overnight to delivery the package but it taking one extra day after paying 41.22$ that's what I get. After talking to customer support they say it will be delivered next day of scheduled delivery date and asking me to request for claim after delivery. Trusting FedEx delivery will happen on time but they don't care about urgency of customer or package priority we choose. I would have end up driving myself two and half hours travelling to drop package if they told me our delivery won't happen in time during sales and we care about ourself not people concerns or urgency. Fedex is not customer requirement supportive and customer concerned
