extremely disappointed in how this place is , I don't know if its due to the government shutdown but I've been in there before same vibes. but anyways went in had to mail a letter clearly my family doesn't do this but they didn't want to help him , but then the weirdest thing happened I asked to buy stamps the rare ones that are for sale and even the promo on the very thing I got the envelope laid on and was denied to spend money! like what???? I want to buy the very item you sell !!! mind blown complete rudeness and I was the only customer with my family .....insane

I had an extremely disappointing recent experience. The only staff member at the counter argued with me over shipping a very small envelope and wanted to charge a priority shipping package price ($8). When I asked for a first class rate for the less than 2 oz envelope, she printed the label and asked for payment ($2). After paying, she informed me that the recipient would have to pay shipping overages because the envelope was fluffy. I wish she would have told me about all the options available, instead of selling me something that would become an issue later. I expected better. I'm happy to ship things somewhere else.

The employees here would rather quote regulations to you instead of providing real service. I avoid USPS whenever there is another option for shipping.

I forgot to update my address before I had something shipped. Called this morning and my carrier recognized me and was able to deliver it without it going back to the sender. So nice to have a small post office that knows us.
