The person she was training did not know her name either ! Employee was wearing long hot pink false nails in efforts to make phone clicks. I had another LARGE item in my car for mailing, but I will go elsewhere. Items returned were in order from pics of Amazon order list. I presented all items for return in the order as listed on screen all packages had one item except for last package and boxed item . Previous visit was excellent I think gentleman’s name ? Mark !! Superb

Here I stood in line for 25 minutes and they charged me $1.73 just to print out a black and white label on a regular piece of paper. I had no choice but to use UPS but I would definitely recommend using a different shipping service if you have a choice.

I brought back an Amazon return that was clearly labeled as a quantity of 2. they were packaged in 2 identical packages. I was very rudely told that it needed to be repackaged in one parcel. When I asked if the two identical small boxes could be taped together, I was again rudely told that they didn't do that. When I asked if I could borrow some tape to tape them together myself, I was then rudely told that they would sell me the tape. This is extremely bad customer service. I will use any alternatives if possible in the future, rather than deal with these people
