  Drove 40 minutes to get here...as its the only UPS store around. They are not open at 10:15 on a Monday morning. The roads are clear & the sun is shining! Three other people tried to get in to the store while I wrote this. Not happy.

  Scott was very helpful and fast. I left some information in my truck and he moved registers while I ran to get it so the long line behind me could keep moving without having to start my shipment/transaction over.

  Today’s visit I encountered an unpleasant employee who seemed not in a “ good mood” Her demeanor presented as not wanting to “ help” was abrupt and somewhat demeaning. The person she was training did not know her name either ! Employee was wearing long hot pink false nails in efforts to make phone clicks. I had another LARGE item in my car for mailing, but I will go elsewhere. Items returned were in order from pics of Amazon order list. I presented all items for return in the order as listed on screen all packages had one item except for last package and boxed item . Previous visit was excellent I think gentleman’s name ? Mark !! Superb

  I had an Amazon return which had free shipping through Amazon. I typically get a Staples return label which is easy and fast. Here I stood in line for 25 minutes and they charged me $1.73 just to print out a black and white label on a regular piece of paper. I had no choice but to use UPS but I would definitely recommend using a different shipping service if you have a choice.
