  Just got off the phone with an employee concerning a print job. I’ve had similar print jobs done through fedex many times and decided to try staples for a cheaper price. Not only was I belittled during the call but he was disrespectful in his explanation for returning my print job. Never seen someone so confidently wrong before

  Such a long wait for the amazon drop-off. They need to have more than 1 person working it. - the guy working the counter was working as fast as he could be though.

  I usually go just to drop off Amazon returns. With the exception of one, the staff never greets customers and are quite lacking in customer service

  They need to shut this store down and another company needs to take over the space. It would be great if it were a company that has the same (or better) type services and/or items with polite and competent employees. Why has this store been able to stay open with such low reviews for this long? How? Maybe someone needs to contact corporate and ask that exact question. “Jillian” responded to this review with short, typical corporate lingo. This store doesn’t care about customers. It’s very obvious.

  Paul, at the Staples store in Clemmons, has helped me on numerous occasions and is always pleasant, smiling, and in a great mood. Amazon returns can sometimes be daunting, but he’s always helpful, courteous, and even adds a little humor that makes the process easy and enjoyable. I really appreciate his excellent customer service.
