- CCCrimsonQuill157Feb 19, 20261.0I tried to call to file a complaint about my packages CONSTANTLY being misdelivered and the phone rang and rang and rang and no one ever picked up. I live in a local apartment complex and we have had issues with package misdeliveries since we moved in over 2 years ago, today was the last straw with a hard to find item ordered from eBay that can't easily be replaced being misdelivered. I've already called the main USPS line and I will run this as high up the chain as I have to because this is unacceptable.

- LLLeslieNov 24, 20251.0Most God awful place... They should close this location and just process at a larger facility. The number of mis-delivered packages, or mail arriving late due to processing errors at this location are ridiculous. I'm beginning to get on board with the whole privatization of the postal system. Also when things go wrong at this location the post master couldn't give two craps if you didn't get your package or if one of their "brilliantly competent" staff delivers your package to the wrong address. The response I got was, "Well if it's Amazon they'll just give you a refund". ... Yeah, seriously that is what he told me. They should shut this location down and leave the complicated sorting and delivering to a facility or company that isn't thrown for a loop when it comes to successfully fulfilling the simplistic duties they're unfortunately being paid to do.

Corey then went with me to my apt complex to open the and find my missing package. This made a day that quickly would’ve upset me to a positive experience
