She said she could not get me a receipt at the moment but would put a label on it and ship it. Lands End never received it. Went by the store today (Nov 16) to see if it may still be there and the clerk rudely said she could not help me. I lost out on a return because of the terrible help in this store. I wish I could give 0 stars!

The staff has never been overly friendly, but today the staff member was just straight up rude and clearly didn’t wanna be at work. Every return I gave her she threw on the table behind her barely made eye contact the whole time. She Sounded very grumpy/annoyed that there were customers. As a business owner myself, I would want to know if this is how my staff acted.
