  Very poor customer service. I came in today at 6:00 pm just to get some prints done, and the workers told me they were “closed for printing” because they were doing other things. Meanwhile, they were visibly on their phones, scrolling through social media. This location closes at 9:00 pm, so I don’t understand how printing can be “closed” three hours early while employees are clearly not busy helping customers. What kind of service is this? Extremely disappointing experience.

  Terrible customer service experience. I went here to print custom cards and my cards had scanlines and weren't printed in the correct paper. When I brought it up to employees, they were very quick and flippant with me. I understand having a heavy workload but I needed genuine help and did not get it when I paid for these specific services. I do not recommend this Staples to anyone.

  Customer service is an area of opportunity. Lack of communication and courtesy from employee. I was the only customer in line. As I approached the register there was no greeting or acknowledgement from employee. All I received was a blank stare. My phone number wasn't registered in the system. Employee didn't even bother asking me if I wanted to register my number. Later on I learned I missed out on sale price because of it. I purchased an office chair and assembly. The employee asked me for contact info but didn't communicate expectations or next steps. All I got was a blank stare. I asked employee if they wanted me to move my cart with chair. I told employee I was going to wait out front for my chair. I thought it was going to be quick but again employee failed to communicate and set expectations. I waited in my car for about an hour and decided to go back into the store and ask for a time of when I can expect my chair to be assembled. I'm glad I asked because same employee tells me later the afternoon or tomorrow. Again lack of communication and employee didn't set expectations. I was already frustrated and that was just the last straw. This could have been avoided if employee communicated what next steps were or what I could have expected. In the future I will not be returning to the store. I'll take my business else where. Customer service, communication and courtesy goes along way and I'm sure the lack of it will reflect in the traffic the store gets. Later on employees wonder why stores close and folks are laid off. The ''little" things make a greater impact on the business than one expects.

  The availability of the Amazon returns has been poor lately. They’ve had it closed with no explanation two of the last three times I’ve gone during pretty standard business hours.

  I was in the store today and the lady working in the printing department was very rude to the customers. They also handle Amazon returns and the employee handling them was very snappy with everyone in line. This is not the first time I have felt unwelcome bringing my Amazon returns here. They act like it’s an inconvenience to do this. Staples should reconsider their contract with Amazon if their employees are going to be disgruntled. Otherwise, the store is fine. It’s only when I deal with this department that I have negative reviews.
