- AJAmie JohnsonApr 1, 20261.0Terrible customer service- Had a document notarized here. Once I got home I realized we missed a section and quickly went back to the store. The notary was still there but would not help me. They said they do not notarize after 5pm. But she was there, and there was not a line, and she could have easily helped me, but chose not too. I even asked her to call the manager and see if they would permit it, but the manager said no. The employee did not explain the situation though and did not seem interested at all in helping me. I was able to call another UPS store location and drive there to get the document notarized. Much better service there! Go to the UPS store on Shotwell Rd for a better experience.
- NDNITA DAWKINSMar 29, 20261.0The UPS customer service is the worse at this place. There are 2 new Spanish girls there now and the snappy, rudeness and rolling of the eyes is just so uncalled for. I am NOT prejudice because I have Spanish family. These workers are so unprofessional and Management needs to step in.
