  I have visited many UPS locations in different states and I have never received such wonderful service as I have from the Shotwell Rd store. This is mainly due to John! Twice I came with several large Amazon returns and both times he ran to the door to help me because he could see I was struggling. He is so very friendly and helpful with all of my needs. If you are in the area I highly recommend this UPS location.

  How about not having racist conversations while the store is open to ALL patrons… That way you’ll save a few steps (blonde haired female) and won’t have to double back and tell the other two associates that a black customer has entered the store 🙄 DO BETTER!!!! And this just happened….
