Older woman with brown hair, glasses and accent should work on her customer service skills. A customer in front of me asked another employee how they were doing and she chimed in and said “we’ll be good when we go home!” and when I gave her my pre-labeled box and thanked her for my receipt she simply said “uh huh”. Surely she can do better. 😑 All of the other employees seemed nice from what I noticed.

Customer service between staff differs greatly. I miss my old UPS store in Raleigh. The person serving me was clearly having a bad day. They wanted to charge me for tape!! So I just bought a whole roll at an inflated price to avoid the $1.50 charge to tape 1 box! Meanwhile, the person serving the guy next to me said to him upon receipt of his return package “No problem, I’ll tape it up for you.” Where’s the consistency?

I've never had a problem at the Publix drive UPS store. I'm always in and out very quickly. Less than 5 minutes. Although, their staff often seems to be undergoing training as if their new hires.

Staff is rude and unwelcoming. Walked up to open window lady just walked away. Other girl just stared at me until I asked if I should move over to her window. She rolled her eyes. She didn’t even put the label on the box all the way. Hope it actually makes it to its destination.

Terrible. Customer service? Terrible. Lost my package? Yep. Called the store. Useless. I asked UPS if they could give a prepaid USPS package to USPS. Usually it's a yes. Employees are 50/50 if they are friendly or terrible customer service, usually the latter. This time they told me to "leave the package on the table over there". It never got handed to USPS and I never watched it go into the actual bin. The employee just didn't want to move 5 steps to the bin and 5 steps back to her post. I called the store 3 days later after seeing that my tracking said the shipping label is only created. Usually USPS scans it THAT day. The girl on the phone was no help and said that it was USPS fault. Didn't even try to check for me. I know they did not put my package in the bin out of pure laziness or maybe rudeness or maybe a customer took it since it was right there for anyone to grab. Who knows. What I do know is it was preventabele and they could have at least did a 5 minute look around to see if it got dropped or SOMETHING. Don't go here. They'll lose your package and if not that you'll be treated like dog crap.
