    THIS IS THE WORSE UPS STORE. The customer experience here is ALWAYS TERRIBLE. Specifically with the older woman that wears glasses and works evenings. She is always rude and disrespectful. She has no problem being dismissive and outright unkind. I am a traveling notary and a realtor so I have legal documents that I ship literally every day. I frequently use this location because it is close to my office. This evening (11/19/25) around 6:30 I was in the store and she actually threw an envelope at me and walked off. I know good help is hard to find but she needs to be FIRED! Sadly, most of the negative reviews here are about her and the owner/management seems clearly not to care.

    I call into the store several times per week to drop off packages, and I have been doing this since the store opened a couple of years ago. On every occasion I have received polite and responsive service. On the other hand, I have also seen customers who are rude, disorganized, and complain vociferously about wait times which is something the staff cannot control given the number of customers who buy three of something to "check sizes", knowing they will be returning two.

    This place stinks!! I brought in a package with a label pre-printed and was told that they would have to charge me to “tape the box back up”. We are talking about 12 inches of tape. I’m assuming they would have charged me for the tape to fix the label on too. I’ve never had any issues like this with the location on shotwell/hwy 70 so I’d recommend taking your business there if you don’t want to get nickel and dimed for things like tape to close a box.

    If I could give zero stars, I would. I went into this location today to drop off two pre-labeled packages, and the experience was completely unacceptable. The clerk handling my order grabbed my first package and dropped it on the ground. When I politely asked her to please be more careful, she took my second package and dropped that one too, right in front of me. When I asked why she would do that, she said, “It doesn’t matter — they’re going to throw your package anyway.” When I asked to speak to the manager, she yelled, “I AM THE MANAGER!” in front of other customers. Completely unprofessional and disrespectful. To make things worse, she refused to give me her name, and the other employees in the store also refused to identify her. As a paying customer and UPS account holder, I’ve never been treated with such disregard. UPS Corporate needs to take a serious look at who is running this location. No customer should have to deal with such rude, careless, and hostile behavior. This store has no respect for the people who trust UPS with their packages.
