Have no customer service skills, Whoever is the manager or running this UPS store really needs to teach their employees to be a little bit better than the customers attitudes unnecessary. There is one particular woman mature, looking woman hope she’s not the manager!! with an accent she knows who she is she’s extremely rude to customers, and does not know how to talk to them. She should be ashamed of herself and show a little bit more maturity, considering she seems to be the older one in there.

I should be able to drop them off in a bin or something not stand and wait. Usually there are 2-3 employees. One is helping the others standing and chatting. Making eye contact with people in line and ignoring that their co worker is drowning and needs help.

A customer in front of me asked another employee how they were doing and she chimed in and said “we’ll be good when we go home!” and when I gave her my pre-labeled box and thanked her for my receipt she simply said “uh huh”. Surely she can do better. 😑 All of the other employees seemed nice from what I noticed.

So I just bought a whole roll at an inflated price to avoid the $1.50 charge to tape 1 box! Meanwhile, the person serving the guy next to me said to him upon receipt of his return package “No problem, I’ll tape it up for you.” Where’s the consistency?
