I told her I needed a copy of the key with the translator and she refused to use it and just laughed in my face and shrugged. She said some things in English but I obviously didn’t understand what she said and just agreed. Terrible service

Let me remind you all that they have a large waiting area inside. We left and won’t be returning. Bravo USPS!
